Crypto coins and tokens Policy
Bequant Pro may accept deposits and facilitate withdrawals in digital assets supported for OTC Services and listed on the designated page of its website. However, Bequant Pro expressly excludes from acceptance any digital assets, including but not limited to prohibited or restricted stablecoins, that are not approved by its compliance and risk management framework and/or not in line with the Applicable Laws.
Bequant reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject deposits or suspend withdrawals where its compliance and/or risk management service providers reasonably determine that such activity may involve suspicious or unlawful conduct, including but not limited to criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, or any other breach of applicable compliance guidelines.

Any individual (the "User"), who opens an account with Bequant Prime understands and accepts that crypto assets do not necessarily have a specific form of protection or regulation by any governmental body. The value of these crypto assets is highly volatile and speculative, extending the possibility of total loss.
As far as The Platform Technology acts solely as an intermediary bringing together buyers and sellers nothing on the Bequant can be ensured to contain no errors, mistakes, misrepresentations or failures etc. Such errors, mistakes, misrepresentations or failures etc. can be without limitation the result of human agency, program or process imperfections. THEREFORE, NEITHER BEQUANT PRIME NOR, WHERE APPLICABLE, ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OUTSOURCED ADVISERS MAKE(S) ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE INFORMATION AND, IN PARTICULAR, AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION AND/OR PROCESS. Moreover, BEQUANT PRIME is not responsible for any loss of money, assets, securities and other types of property that happened because of using any information from the Bequant Prime or trading on Bequant Prime.
No kind of trade agreement or contract is created between Bequant and the users of the Bequant. Bequant and its users act independently and do not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or secondment relationship between them.

Crypto Assets Policy
Bequant Prime does not accept, and expressly excludes, any Digital Assets that are prohibited, restricted, or otherwise not approved under its compliance and risk management framework.
Bequant Prime further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any transactions where its compliance and/or risk management service providers reasonably determine that such activity may be suspicious, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of applicable compliance standards, including but not limited to suspected criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions violations.
